What can I expect from this event?
In a magical theater world nestled in the heart of the Vienna Prater, you'll experience some of the world's best magicians closer than ever before.
Whether world champions come together in dazzling variety shows or take the stage for their own solo performances, there's no other place on Earth where you can experience magic up close and personal!

Do you have to understand English to attend the international shows?
This always depends on the specific program and performers. However, all international magicians are accustomed to performing in clear, simple English to ensure everyone can follow along. Many acts are also set to music only, so even if you don't speak English at all, you'll still be able to enjoy and understand the magic.
Discounts for tickets
We offer discounts for children under the age of 18, students and holders of a disabled pass and their registered companions. These discounts apply to the Gold (rows 3-8) and Premium (row 2) categories.
Please note that we may ask for appropriate identification at the entrance.
What is the price of the VIP sofa?
The price is generally for 2 people. However, you can also take an additional child up to the age of 12 with you free of charge. The seat is 116 cm wide and the middle armrest can be folded back into the backrest. This creates enough space for you and your child to watch the show in comfort!
How long does the event last?
Visitors usually spend around 2 hours at this experience during stage shows. Table magic performances last around one hour.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place in an air-conditioned room.
Are food and drinks available for purchase on site?
You can purchase food and drinks at this event. We are pleased to announce that we will be providing vegan and gluten-free options!
Is there a parking lot on site?
Yes, there is both a paid parking garage and a paid parking lot within a radius of 100m. There is also an entry and exit point for coaches in front of the building.
Will there be additional sessions/dates?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional dates. You can find up-to-date information on availability on the page with the confirmed dates and times.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for this experience.
Is interaction with the artists/performers possible?
Yes, we encourage you to interact with the artists/performers to fully engage with the experience. After the show, you can meet the artists at the social media wall and take photos.
Are merchandise items available for purchase on site?
Yes, we offer several merch items for sale at every show.
Tickets & Booking
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event. We therefore strongly recommend that you book your tickets in advance to secure your place. You can purchase tickets in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. Simply tap on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Also remember to include your ticket order number.
Do I have to print out my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section, and if you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a larger group, please contact sales@magicworld.at and specify the desired date and the size of the group.
Admission & Venue
Do I have to arrive at the beginning of my booked time slot?
Admission starts 45 minutes before the show. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the show to drop off your wardrobe and get snacks and drinks in the Magic Garden.
Our shows begin promptly. Unfortunately, latecomers can only be admitted during breaks between acts to avoid disrupting the performance.
Can I take animals with me? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue barrier-free?
We have one wheelchair space on each side of the front row (VIP) in the Magic World Theater and one space for a companion. These seats, like all others, can be conveniently booked online or at the box office.
We offer accessible restrooms on both the ground floor and in the basement, where the theater hall is located. The basement can be reached via a ramp.
Is smoking or vaping permitted on site?
We have a smoking area with ashtrays in front of the theater. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the theater.
Are there tickets for caregivers?
People with a disability card can buy a discounted ticket. There are also heavily discounted tickets for wheelchair users' companions.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We can recommend all shows for deaf people, as most of the magic effects are visual. Unfortunately, the shows are not suitable for visually impaired people.
Will strobe lights be used during the event?
Strobe lights may be used occasionally during this event.
Is seating available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
As this is a seated event, there is a seat for every guest.
Are there toilets at the venue?
The venue has restrooms. Please ask our staff on site for instructions.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
Filming and photography are strictly prohibited during the acts. Offenders will be removed from the venue without exception in the event of repeated violations. However, you are welcome to take photos of the location and the artists before and after the show.
Is there a lost & found office on site?
Yes, we collect all items and keep them for at least a year.
Is there a checkroom on site?
There is a free checkroom for jackets and coats, as well as lockers for larger bags and rucksacks. These may not be taken into the show for fire safety reasons.
We have a "parking space" in the checkroom for baby carriages and scooters.
Is there an age limit?
Family shows: Generally from the age of 6. It's just like in the theater. If your child can watch the performance in peace, the show is suitable.
Children's shows: No age limit. We recommend the show between 2 and 8.
Children under 2 have free admission.
Lectures (only for magicians): Minimum age 14.
